The ZEZ identity

ZEZ is the social channel of the AssetShop estate: the studio and the feed in one door, where a clip is made, posted as a registered work, and paid. The full system, with motion and sound you can try, is on the ZEZ brand system page.

The mark

One continuous stroke, a Z stacked on a Z. The three horizontals are the E, the two diagonals the Zs, and the shape is the same after a half turn, which is how the palindrome lives in it. Round caps and joins, stroke 8 on a 64 unit grid. Clear space is one bar on every side; below 24 px the mark is used alone.

The wordmark and the lockups

The wordmark is geometry, not a font. It is always written in capitals, ZEZ; running copy writes Zez so nobody reads it letter by letter. Never Z.E.Z., Z-E-Z, zEz or ZeZ.

One accent per screen: Ember appears once, as the mark, the primary action or what is live right now. On the door it is the mark; primary actions are ink on night.

Type, motion and sound

Titles in the ZEZ display face; body text in the device's system face, which keeps the door light and native on every phone. Sentence case, lining tabular figures. Motion runs at 120, 200 and 320 ms; the mark's entrance draws the two Zs toward the middle bar in 520 ms, once a visit, and not at all when a device asks for reduced motion. The signature sound plays once a visit on the first tap, never on load, and the tick answers a main action; both can be turned off on the Me screen.

Rules of use

Do
Keep one bar of clear space around the mark. Use ember on night, night on an ember disc for avatars, and the mono mark only where one ink is all there is.
Do not
Do not recolor the mark cyan, add a gradient, outline, glow or shadow, or spin, loop or pulse it. Do not set the wordmark in a typeface. The tags are #AssetShop and #ZEZ.
Naming
The product is ZEZ. The descriptor is ZEZ: the social channel of the AssetShop estate. The brand is AssetShop, the company Web3 Ventures Enterprise, the platform EOS. The earlier public names A[OC] and the Operating Channel are retired; their routes answer under /zez/ and their old door address sends visitors here.

Works registered under the earlier name carry these marks. They stay in the brand folder as the record and are not used for anything new.
