Ask-Me Characters
A character on your site that answers your visitors.
Give your website a named character that answers questions in its own voice, from what you wrote, at any hour. It never pretends to be a person, and when it does not know, it says so.
Why a character on your site
- The problem
Visitors ask the same questions at all hours, and a contact form answers none of them while they wait.
- Why it matters
An unanswered question is a visitor who leaves. A clear answer in your own voice keeps them.
- What you get
A named character that answers from what you wrote, says when it does not know, and never pretends to be a person.
What your visitors get
Answers from your words
Your FAQ, your story, your product facts. The character answers from what you gave it and nothing else.
Honest by design
Every reply is labeled as coming from a declared SI character. It never claims to be a person and never makes up an answer.
Free for visitors
Visitors need no account and pay nothing. Your plan covers the replies.
One line to add
Paste one line into your page, or share a link to your character's own chat page.
How it works
Make your character
Create it on ZEZ with your voice and your answers. It is published after its review.
Prove your site
Add one DNS record so only you can put a character on your domain.
Open the plan
Pay from your credit. Your character starts answering at once.
Paste one line
Add the code to your page. Cancel any time; it answers to the end of the month you paid for.
Price
One SNX is one cent, so 900 SNX is about $9. When a month's replies are used, the character pauses until the next month; nothing more is charged. Answers it does not have are not counted. No refunds.
