Privacy notice
Effective September 25, 2026; updated October 5, 2026 to name the company, and October 6, 2026 for the identity check. Web3 Ventures Enterprise ("we") operates AssetShop (assetshop.eth), AssetShop Enterprise (assetshopenterprise.com) and Levitti, the sign-in, terms and identity step that comes only before a first purchase, a first listing or a payout. This notice says what we collect, why, who sees it, and your choices.
What we collect, and when
- Your account, where a feature needs one. An email address, with a password or a one-time sign-in link sent to that address, handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We never see your password. We send sign-in links, password-reset emails and address-verification emails to that address when you ask for one.
- Your acceptance of the Participant Terms, asked before a first purchase, a first listing or a payout: the name you type, the time, and the exact version you accepted.
- An investor presentation request, if you make one: the name, work email, firm, role and interests you give, kept to send the presentation and to follow up on that request.
- Your details, at the same step: your full legal name, your address, and an email address or phone number.
- Identity verification, only before your first purchase, your first listing or a payout. One check of a valid government ID document (a driver's license, passport or national ID card) through Stripe Identity on our behalf. No selfie and no facial comparison. The image of your ID (which includes the photo on the ID) is processed by Stripe Identity to verify the document. We receive the result (verified or not) and the verification record; the images are held by Stripe.
Members of an organization that has purchased EOS who sign in with their organization email to use that organization's EOS are not asked for the Participant Terms or the identity check there; their organization's agreement covers them.
No selfie and no facial comparison
We do not ask for a selfie, and no facial comparison is made. The image of your ID document, which includes the photo printed on it, is processed by Stripe Identity only to verify the document; we do not receive or keep face templates. We will ask Stripe to delete (redact) your verification images once the purpose of verification is met, and in any case no later than three years after your last interaction with us, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Why we collect it
- To confirm that every person who buys, lists or receives a payout is a real, identified person.
- To meet tax-reporting and compliance requirements.
- To prevent fraud, fake accounts and abuse, and to enforce the Participant Terms.
Who sees it
- Never other members. Your identity details are never shown to other members.
- Our service providers, only to run the platform: Stripe (identity verification and payments) and Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, sign-in and our service database).
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- We do not sell your information.
Suppliers who choose to be listed agree separately that their business listing (company, contact, locations, ownership, capabilities and offerings) appears in Firmanos to signed-in members.
What the pages themselves keep
The site pages may keep small preferences in your browser's local storage (for example a chosen realm), and the gate keeps a short-lived marker in your browser so you are not asked again on every page. We use no advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Account and verification records are kept while your account is open and afterward for as long as tax and compliance law requires. Verification images follow the schedule above.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and to withdraw consent by closing your account. Some records must be kept for legal reasons even after you close your account. To make a request, write to us.
Security
Information travels encrypted and is stored with Google Cloud and Stripe. Access on our side is limited to what running the platform requires.
Adults only
AssetShop is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
